Why do people play sports?
It is linked to various benefits for the body and brain.
One thing that exercise is said to be beneficial for is weight loss or gain fitness!
A better way for the girls to be slim instead of decreasing the portion of foods!
The more acute of the exercise, the more calories can be burned.
The indoor activities like Yoga and gymnastics can burn the calories in the body and get the body in shape. Hence, Yoga is getting popular between the women since years ago and they hardly believe that it can help them to maintain their health.

Healthwise, exercise is good for the blood circulation and hence we can prevent from all sorts of diseases such as H1N1 and SARS.
For the elders, exercise regularly can also decrease the risk of heart disease, cancer and diabetes. As the information, heart and lungs are functioned as the engine in the body system.
Exercise regularly can improve the blood circulation and to regulate the blood pressure.
When our heart and lungs operating efficiency, and so we can gain more energy to carry out the daily activities. On the other hand, the categories of age and sex are the main points when we need to choose a suitable sports for our own. This is playing a very important role and it may affects the health problems.

The habit of exercise have to bring up since we were young and it should be encouraged to the youngsters nowadays because most of them are not interested in sports and just concentrate in their studies.In fact, playing sports is the most effective way to increase the capability to resist the pressure and stress. In particular, we should eliminate the problem of pressure to prevent the clinical depression since the number of people suffering from clinical depression is on the rise.
As usual, the pressure is always comes from the high expectations of their parents and teachers. Besides that, involve in sports can make full use of leisure time doing something beneficial for the students. It always better than we just rotting at home and doing nothing right? As a teenager, we should meet new people and improve the interaction with people. This is very useful to increase the confidence for the introvert and it will helps in the development of personality as well. They have to go out and socialize which can't be learned during class.

The quality of lifestyle is also something that we need to pursue especially for the one who always busy for their work and lacking of sleeps. Getting enough sleep is the basic requirement to maintain our life. The participation of sports can improve the quality of sleep and so we can focus and concentrate in our studies and works. In conclusion, the quality of lifestyle improve directly when our body and mind are healthy. Exercise should be enjoyable. As long as we make a good choice on the sports due to the range of ages and healthy problems, no doubt we can actually get the benefits of exercise. We should raise up the standard of our health and enjoy our life!
